Butler Music offers the following Returns Policy:
Any item may be returned to us anytime within the first 7 days for any reason provided it is returned in the condition we sent it to you.
Your only responsibility is the shipping both ways.
We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your order.


Lost or Damaged items: If you insure your item and it gets damaged or lost we will give you an immediate refund as soon as we have verification that a claim has been filed and the item has been picked up saving you the 4-6 weeks it usually takes to get paid on a claim.
WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO UNINSURED ITEMS.
